Sabotage is an A6 Encaustic art picture, which makes me think of a bush fire consuming the land around it. Turn it upside down and you may see something entirely different.
The painting is ready for framing with or without a mount.
Each painting is unique and cannot be duplicated , although similar designs can be produced.
The paintings are made by applying encaustic wax to the base of an encaustic iron, and then using the base, point and sides of the iron to “paint” onto beeswax prepared encaustic card to produce very unique works of art. When the artwork is completely dry. it is polished with a soft cloth to reveal all the textures and colours.
To protect your painting, it should be framed behind glass, OR it can be sealed with a spray fixative, which then allows all the textures to be seen , if framed without glass. Full instructions come with each painting.
I have been working with encaustic art for many years and love how every painting gives you a surprise, and how different people see different things in them. There is no right or wrong way to hang them , as some people see different images from different perspectives, so choose the one that appeals most to you. You can always turn it around every so often , for a new perspective.
Paintings will be supplied in a cellophane wrapper and cardboard outer to prevent damage in transit.
Paintings can also be made into large greetings cards for a small extra charge.
