Tips for Sellers

Postage

It’s important to try to calculate the cost of posting before adding it to each item.

Alternatively, you could list the item as free postage in which case you may then want to include the postage cost in the price of the item. The Royal Mail price finder is a useful tool for calculating postage costs.

Pricing

Pricing can be challenging! It’s important you are familiar with your market and how much people will pay for your products. It’s often helpful just to ask some trusted colleagues or friends for their thoughts and comments. Don’t forget to include your time in the price of making the items.

Suggest you research OwlOnline and other craft sites too as that may also help. Some Buyers can be put off if the price is too high or indeed if the price is too low. You just need to find the right price for your products. You can change your price at any time.
